    Angelique specializes in the traditional Ashtanga Yoga Mysore (self-practice) method of asana (see The Method). But she also offers private lessons and group classes in a wide range of Vinyasa-styles—from gentle and steadying to dynamic and energizing. Her group asana classes blend fluid movement with breath-centered focus and thoughtful, in-depth instruction.

    With an emphasis on internal awareness, her teaching invites students to experience body, mind, and spirit in deeper, more liberating and authentic ways.

    Angelique teaches throughout the city and is available for private sessions, special events, and corporate classes. She also offers instruction in the more subtle dimensions of yoga, including pranayama, meditation, and philosophy.
